Bitcoin ETF 65% Chance Of Happening Now?!?

A news story out today is claiming that a Bitcoin ETF has a 65% chance of happening now. Noting that it's up from essentially 1% - I have no idea how they determined this, but this is interesting news for Bitcoin. If a BTC ETF happens -- look out!
