WAS I wrong about this Bitcoin Spot ETF being approved? Maybe. Do I think it WILL be approved? - NO. Remember that EVERYONE had to chose a custodian and the BEST custodian to oversee their Bitcoin is Coinbase. the problem with Coinbase is they are currently being sued by the SEC. The custodian business and the exchange business are 2 different entities but they are under the same umbrella. You take that AND the fact that Gary still works under the Biden administration (who absolutely HATE Bitcoin and the ENTIRE crypto market) and you can see why I'm not too positive on this being approved. Hopefully, I am wrong. In todays video, Former SEC Chair Jay Clayton says that the Bitcoin ETF SHOULD be approved...we will see.
