#bitcoin #crypto #xrp Wells Fargo Warns Customers of Incorrect Balances and Missing Money Wells Fargo has issued a warning to its customers that they may be seeing incorrect balances or missing transactions on their accounts due to an internal glitch. The bank stated that it is working to resolve the issue and assured customers that it is not related to any unauthorized activity on their accounts. The glitch was reportedly caused by an automatic process that resulted in some transactions not being processed and some balances not being updated.
The bank has advised customers to check their account balances and transaction histories and to report any discrepancies to the bank as soon as possible. Wells Fargo has also stated that it will not be assessing any fees or penalties related to the glitch and that it will be providing assistance to affected customers.
This is not the first time that Wells Fargo has experienced technical issues. In 2018, the bank suffered a major outage that resulted in customers being unable to access their accounts or make transactions for several days. The bank has since made significant investments in its technology infrastructure in an effort to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
