Tell us about the NFT burn, what function does this provide for NFT holders that lock up their PulseBitcoin specifically?
Is there a way for anybody to unlock their PulseBitcoin at any time, but suffer penalties like HEX, or is the lock up permanent, why was this method decided specifically?
